RE: What are you watching? - Oh_hunnihunni - 13-06-2025 Deadpool 2 Belly laugh at the Sharon Stone reference, and delighted to see Julian Dennison, that kid has definitely got what it takes. I shall save the Deadpool and Woverine extravaganza for tomorrow night, in case I overdose on blood and guts. RE: What are you watching? - king1 - 23-06-2025 Don't remember hearing about this but it was an eye opening watch RE: What are you watching? - Lilith7 - 24-06-2025 (23-06-2025, 10:26 PM)Iking1 Wrote: Don't remember hearing about this but it was an eye opening watch I saw that; yes unbelievable, those poor kids. I've just strted watching Joan (Sky open) which is based on the true story of a jewel thief. RE: What are you watching? - Oh_hunnihunni - 24-06-2025 I have found The Bear. On Disney. I have the urge to cook. Or start smoking again. Or both. It's good too. RE: What are you watching? - harm_less - 25-06-2025 (24-06-2025, 09:48 PM)Oh_hunnihunni Wrote: I have found The Bear. RE: What are you watching? - king1 - 24-08-2025 Loving this, Season 2 out now RE: What are you watching? - Oh_hunnihunni - 24-08-2025 I loved the first season, but this one... Maybe I got too old in the gap between seasons! RE: What are you watching? - Olive - 24-08-2025 I chanced upon "Platonic" (AppleTV), with Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. So far it's very funny, especially Byrne, who is a great comedienne with a wonderful way of talking with her mouth full. RE: What are you watching? - Oh_hunnihunni - 07-09-2025 I binge watched tvnz's streaming series Reunion yesterday. Boy it is a good watch. I enjoy seeing minority sections of our community represented in fiction, and the deaf community in particular get left out a lot, though there have been a few more showing up lately, on Brit and US series. But Reunion is more than just a deaf character, it is so much more. Made me wonder if I should learn a bit of Sign. It is an official language after all, even if a certain politician seems determined to ignore the fact. Recommended viewing. And the scenery is awesome. She was also in Code of silence which i liked too. |
