Nat King Cole was who I was trying to think of earlier.. and His Daughter in the later years.
I painted most of the afternoon and realised at nearly 4-30pm I hadn't brought the washing in. Thankfully it still had the sun on it, Just. Was dry but I put it in the hot water cupboard anyway.
Has been so nice without a hat and gloves today. Fingers a tad itchy cos they were warm lol..
Gassing with Dianne and I said I kind of hope Friday is cold, so I can hide my white ( calamine lotion white) hand otherwise ill have to parade it like Micheal Jackson haha.
We average 15 people at bingo so I cut the whole roll up and got 20 mats.
Crackerjacks and picture frames on special this week so I hope to get a couple for my Missy Pictures on Friday, Ill check and see what time they open cos if I can get them on the way it wont matter if we are later arriving home.
Dianne told me to make sure we enjoy ourselves.. Cos I had said its going to be a weird day for both of us. Ill be happy but with her on my mind , she will probably be a bit scared and worried etc. But neither of us will forget the Day, it being Daffodil day, and the day before my wedding anniversary.
Right . Time to check the shop hours and give my brain some word exercises.. I probably should go up a level cos Im winning all the time, after 14 years of not playing scrabble all the little words and the Lovely J Q X and Z words are coming back to me. My mother couldnt get over the fact that the "Big" letters were my favourite lol.
