I wonder how Charlie Kirk would feel about this constructed martyrdom. I think he might find it all rather hilarious in a wry sort of way. This is the man who decided being a right wing influencer would be a good way to get rich, and who deliberately set out to do that, very successfully. I doubt very much that stepping up onto a political cross was part of his business plan, but that is where they are nailing him. And that is a tragedy for him, his family and friends, and for the poor deluded kid who murdered him.

Maga needed a martyr, and now they have one, just like the playbook says.
