The inspiration for that quote came from the news that vote returns were slow and few, predicting a very low turn out, and I was reminded of the way low voter engagement is a symptom of a declining democracy. And we don't want that.

Everyone needs to focus on what is being said, NOT who is saying it. This is a discussion board, not a bitch and whine about the left or right board.
